Central Johannesburg TVET College invites applications for CAMPUS ADMINISTRATOR (X2 POSTS) at Alexandra Campus and Langlaagte Campus. These positions support campus academic administration, student records management, and operational coordination within the TVET education environment.
The successful candidates will assist with campus management administration, student registration processes, procurement administration, and human resource coordination within campus operations.
Salary
R325 101 per annum (Level 07) plus public sector benefits

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.

National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:

Or relevant qualification.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years administrative experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Management
-
Provide administrative support services to campus management.

Compile campus enrolment plans for academic programmes.

Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
Human Resource Administration
-
Coordinate leave management processes.
-
Support PMDS and IQMS performance management systems.
-
Resolve HR administration queries.
-
Monitor staff attendance registers.
Academic and Student Administration
-
Assist with student registration processes.
-
Maintain student portfolios and academic records.
-
Capture and reconcile student data.
-
Scan and store student documents securely.
Procurement and Financial Administration
-
Provide procurement support services.
-
Process purchase requisitions and invoices.
-
Monitor cost centre expenditure.
Operational Support
-
Maintain proper filing systems.
-
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and campus events.

Support staff wellness programmes.
-
Coordinate part-time lecturer payment registers.
