Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
No experience required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The HR Clerk will execute functions relating to Conditions of Service for DPWI and Public Service staff.
The role includes leave administration and ensuring accurate capturing and management of employee leave records.
The successful candidate will render an exit management service, ensuring that employee exit processes are handled in line with departmental procedures.
The position involves rendering general administrative duties regarding service benefits.
The HR Clerk will perform general administrative duties within the HR component.
This role plays an important support function within the Human Resources unit and requires attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to policies and legislative requirements.

The HR Clerk position is based at DPWI offices in Bhisho, Mthatha, and Mount Ayliff. The role operates within a structured government environment where compliance with HR policies and legislative frameworks is essential.
