The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Digital Manager in executing paid media campaigns, including managing assets, tracking links, reporting, and performance administration. The role works across both paid media and web teams to coordinate briefs, timelines, optimisations, and campaign delivery to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
This position plays a key role in maintaining consistent, high-quality execution across Meta, Google, programmatic platforms, and on-site placements.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery and administration of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes coordinating content, ensuring accurate execution, maintaining reporting decks, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Briefing and Creative Collaboration
The Digital Marketing Coordinator briefs designers and agencies on upcoming campaigns, assists with content planning and execution, and provides ad hoc copy for website banners.
The role ensures that briefs are accurate, delivered on time, and meet required specifications.
Campaign Content Management and Execution
The Coordinator manages content plans for website and paid media campaigns.
Coordination with merchandise, photography, and creative teams ensures that visuals and copy are delivered on time.
Responsibilities include approving campaign proofs, creating UTM links, and quality-checking campaign execution across platforms.
Ad Hoc Campaigns, Projects and Administration
The role supports the Digital Marketing team with special projects and administrative tasks.
All work must be delivered according to timelines, brand guidelines, and digital marketing best practices.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
The Digital Marketing Coordinator maintains weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting decks for web campaigns.
The role provides product feed information for paid advertising campaigns and supports performance tracking.
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Collaboration
The Coordinator liaises with external brands and internal teams to coordinate launches, promotions, and campaign-related communications.
Strong collaboration skills are essential to ensure alignment between digital campaigns and broader marketing objectives.
Market and Competitor Insights
The role includes conducting research and analysis on competitors and market trends to inform campaign strategy and content development.
Qualifications Required
Essential
National Diploma in Marketing or a similar qualification.
Preferred
Qualification in SEO, Information Systems, Web and Mobile Design, or Development.
Google accredited courses will be advantageous.
Experience Required
Essential
A minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant digital marketing experience gained in a Digital Marketing environment.
Preferred
Experience gained within a retail environment.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and Web-based CMS systems is advantageous.
Knowledge Required
Knowledge of job ticketing systems.
Understanding of Digital Media Mix and reporting metrics is advantageous.
Knowledge of digital reporting and analytical tools.
Knowledge of digital channels including web, digital media, social media, USSD, and apps.
Knowledge of digital industry trends, tools, techniques, and their integration.
Knowledge of SEO, UX, and website product uploads.
Knowledge of latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
