A company based
in Umhlanga Ridge is seeking to outsource a Cook/Chef for staff lunches. We are looking for a skilled Cook/Chef to
prepare delicious meals according to menu and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
The cook is required to purchase ingredients,
which will then be prepared and cooked in the company kitchen. All cooking facilities provided.
Keep a sanitised and orderly environment in the
kitchen.
Ensure all food and other items are stored
properly.
Check quality of ingredients.
Monitor stock and replenish ingredients when
there are shortages.
Strict food health and safety procedures and
COVID-19 protocols to be followed.
Requirements
Must specialise in Indian, English and
Mediterranean cuisine.
Min. 5yrs proven cooking experience.
Contract Service fee: Negotiable
Must have own transport.
Excellent physical condition.
