About the Role

The Warehouse Manager plays a key leadership role in the retail warehouse environment. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all warehouse operations run effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

This includes managing and developing personnel, controlling stock levels, overseeing warehouse-related sales activities, and ensuring proper administrative processes are followed.

Manage Stock Control

Knowledge of AFGRI Retail’s product range is important to ensure proper stock planning and availability.

General Administration

The role includes overseeing general administration within the warehouse environment.

Computer literacy and knowledge of job-related systems are essential to support daily administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 is required.

A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a store or warehouse environment is required.

At least 1 year of experience at a supervisory level will be advantageous.

Technical Knowledge and Competencies

Good knowledge of AFGRI Retail’s product range.

Computer literacy, including MS Office and job-related programs.

POS knowledge.

SAP knowledge.

Valid driver’s licence (Code 08).
