Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic operations team in Centurion. This role is pivotal to ensuring accurate and efficient performance across Receiving, Picking, Inventory Management, and Dispatch. The successful candidate will support daily operational processes, champion stock accuracy, and collaborate with interdepartmental teams to enhance supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, animate, and continually improve daily stock management processes, including permanent inventory and out-of-stock controls.

Collaborate with all departments to enhance overall stock availability and accuracy.

Define and update relevant settings to ensure consistent stock levels for high-demand retail environments.

Contribute to collective performance improvements across the warehouse and LLS teams.

Promote seamless communication and information-sharing within the team.

Identify, implement, and monitor efficiency and process improvement initiatives.

Participate in ongoing training to develop and maintain personal skills and operational knowledge.

Assume leadership responsibilities on behalf of the Head of Department when required.

Support teamwork to ensure high-quality service delivery and productivity levels.

Ensure adequate staffing and readiness for excellent customer service delivery.

Assist in staff training, development, and performance enhancement.
Minimum Requirements

3β5 yearsβ experience in warehousing operations.
