About the Role

The Waitron is responsible for delivering high-quality dine-in service while ensuring that every customer enjoys a positive, welcoming, and efficient dining experience. As a frontline team member, the Waitron represents the Pedros brand through professional conduct, excellent communication, and attentive service.

The role involves direct interaction with customers from the moment they arrive until they leave the restaurant. This includes greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring that customer needs are met throughout the dining experience.

The Waitron also works closely with kitchen staff, cashiers, and management to ensure smooth service flow, timely order delivery, and high service standards. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Guest Experience

The Waitron is responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner and ensuring that they are seated promptly. Creating a welcoming atmosphere from the first interaction is essential in setting the tone for the customer’s dining experience.
