About the Role

The UX Designer will join the Save product line, contributing to the design and evolution of Capitec’s savings and investment experiences. The role involves working across both existing products and new initiatives, offering a balance of optimisation and innovation.

This position requires close collaboration with product managers, channel teams, and central UX teams to deliver user-centred solutions that align with business objectives and client needs. The UX Designer will play a key role in shaping how clients discover, understand, and use Capitec’s savings and investment products.

Information Design and Prototyping

The position involves creating information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for both existing and new products. These artefacts are used to explore ideas, test assumptions, and communicate design intent to stakeholders.
