Position Overview
AFGRI invites applications for 1 Trainee Parts Salesperson to be based in Tzaneen. This junior-level position is designed for candidates with a Grade 12 qualification, offering the opportunity to learn parts sales, stock management, and customer service processes in a dynamic retail environment.
The role focuses on assisting with stock, attending to customer queries, and supporting daily sales operations, preparing candidates for future career advancement in parts sales and agricultural retail.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with stock counting and stocktake.

Ensure a neat and tidy parts area at all times.

Attend to walk-in and telephonic customer queries and complaints.

Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions.

Support general administrative tasks within the parts department.
Minimum Requirements
Essential:

Grade 12 certificate.

Valid driverโs licence.

Unemployed or seeking career development in parts sales.
Desirable:

Product knowledge relevant to agricultural parts.

Computer literacy, including MS Office.
