About the Role

The Third Line IT Technician is responsible for the administration, monitoring, and optimisation of Pedros’ core IT infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining uptime, improving system reliability, strengthening security controls, and supporting business continuity across all locations.

The role oversees enterprise patch management policies across servers and endpoints, ensuring that updates are applied in a controlled and compliant manner. Disaster recovery readiness, system availability, and uptime are critical deliverables, with the technician ensuring that backup and recovery processes are tested and effective.
