Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and comprehensive vehicle repairs
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Perform system testing, calibration, and vehicle quality checks prior to release
• Maintain accurate and detailed job cards, service notes, and workflow documentation
• Conduct warranty repairs following OEM processes and documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, PPE, and dealership policies
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts departments, and fellow technicians
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimum condition and report maintenance needs
• Provide professional technical feedback and guidance to customers when required
• Support dealership productivity targets, customer satisfaction KPIs, and turnaround times

Minimum Requirements
• Qualified Automotive Technician (Trade Test Certificate required)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs at dealership level
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic ability
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and service software
• Valid Code 8 / Code B driver’s licence
• High problem-solving capability supported by solid technical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
• Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and time management skills
• Clear employment record and ability to pass background checks
Experience with Hyundai, Kia, or similar global brands will be an advantage.
