Position Overview

Tsebo Facilities Solutions is recruiting a Storeman for its Rustenburg operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance stock, spare parts, and inventory systems, ensuring that stock levels meet operational demands while maintaining compliance with Tsebo’s standards.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about stock control, warehouse coordination, and logistics operations who are looking to build a career with one of Africa’s most trusted service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify deliveries against invoices and quality standards.

  • Record and report variances, including returns, price differences, and discrepancies.

  • Issue goods according to picking lists and established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas and equipment.

  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and captured on internal systems.

  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently.

  • Conduct monthly stock takes, cycle counts, and recounts.

  • Maintain accurate stock control and report obsolete or damaged items.

  • Adhere strictly to Tsebo’s SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) policies and ethical standards.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Matric with Mathematics (Numeracy).

  • N3 in Technical Studies or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance stores, inventory control, or warehouse management.

  • Experience using IFS or similar inventory management systems is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

  • Effective problem-solving and documentation management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team player with a customer-focused and organized approach.
