Position Overview

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a results-driven Small Commercial Sales Consultant to join the Gauteng Commercial Division.

This role focuses on selling FSG’s commercial security solutions to new and existing clients, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales skills, product knowledge in intruder detection systems, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing FADT commercial clients.

  • Identify and engage potential commercial, industrial, and corporate clients.

  • Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client security needs.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Coordinate projects and integrate multiple security technologies where required.

3. Administration & Reporting

  • Complete all sales-related administration accurately and on time.

  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.

  • Track sales performance, client feedback, and business opportunities.

4. Product Knowledge & Integration

  • Demonstrate expertise in intruder detection systems; knowledge of CCTV, fire systems, and access control is advantageous.

  • Stay up-to-date with security product innovations and competitor offerings.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.

  • Sales qualification (advantageous).

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

Experience:

  • Previous sales experience; commercial or residential security sales advantageous.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

  • Energetic, motivated, and results-driven.

  • Basic technical knowledge of security products and services.
