Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule client vehicle service appointments via phone, email, and in person — delivering a seamless, premium booking experience every time
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, providing real-time status updates on vehicle servicing and handling all enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client accounts, vehicle service histories, warranties, and appointment details
  • Coordinate workflow between the front-of-house team and the technical service department to maximise efficiency and ensure on-time delivery
  • Process customer payments, manage billing enquiries, and handle all financial transactions accurately
  • Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally, upholding Mercedes-Benz’s global reputation for exceptional after-sales care and customer satisfaction
  • Support the service management team in achieving department KPIs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate (minimum); relevant tertiary qualification in business administration or customer relations is advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, front-office administration, or client-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — confident, clear, and professional across all channels
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management software
  • Calm and composed under pressure — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-value environment
  • Prior experience in a luxury automotive dealership, vehicle finance, or premium retail service environment is a strong advantage
