Position Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sector Manager to oversee daily operations in the Specialized Services Division in Nelspruit.

The Sector Manager will ensure operational compliance, client satisfaction, and financial performance, while leading and mentoring security personnel and managers. This role demands strong leadership, risk management expertise, and strategic decision-making skills to optimize service delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily business operations and specialized security services.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SOPs, BCEA, PSIRA regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Monitor and optimize staff deployment, fleet, and firearms schedules.

  • Lead major projects, events, and special security initiatives.

2. Staff Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor operational managers and staff.

  • Develop performance standards, evaluate productivity, and implement improvement plans.

  • Ensure all subordinates follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

3. Financial & Business Management

  • Prepare, review, and manage budgets and expenses.

  • Improve revenue generation, identify growth opportunities, and optimize operational costs.

  • Oversee financial reporting, capital expenditure requests, and production efficiency.

4. Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Maintain professional relationships with executives, managers, staff, and clients.

  • Ensure all clients are serviced in accordance with contractual obligations.

  • Provide risk assessments, customer satisfaction reports, and operational feedback to the Regional Executive.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and legislation.

  • Maintain high-risk reporting for clients and implement appropriate mitigation procedures.

  • Oversee occupational health & safety, fleet management, and firearms compliance.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12) required.

  • PSIRA Grade A/B Registration and Accreditation.

  • Firearm Competent – Business Purpose.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years in the security industry, with at least 5 years in operational or guarding management.

  • Proven staff management, operational planning, and risk management experience.

  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
