Position Overview

The Sales Representative: Vehicles is responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting the Auto Pedigree brand, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves sourcing clients, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless buying experience while actively contributing to business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle sales targets

  • Promote the Auto Pedigree brand through client interactions and showroom presence

  • Familiarize with vehicle characteristics, features, and capabilities to effectively advise clients

  • Develop and expand the customer base while retaining existing clients

  • Assist with showroom setup, displays, and test drive preparations

  • Accompany clients on test drives, ensuring all documentation and licenses are verified

  • Manage customer expectations and escalate issues when necessary

  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and actively pursue sales growth

  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent

  • 2 years customer service and sales experience with proven track record

  • Code 08 unendorsed driver’s license with reliable own transport

  • Computer literacy

  • Understanding of retail compliance and vehicle sales processes (advantageous)

  • Knowledge of local languages in the area (advantageous)

  • Familiarity with Auto Pedigree products and services (desirable)
