Position Overview

Motus VW Bloemfontein is seeking a Sales Representative: New Vehicles — a results-driven, customer-focused professional passionate about helping clients find their ideal vehicles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent the VW brand while building meaningful relationships with customers and achieving high-performance sales targets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving dealership growth by promoting, demonstrating, and selling new vehicles, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and rewarding experience from first inquiry to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.

  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

  • Conduct professional product presentations and test drives to showcase new vehicle features and benefits.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.

  • Negotiate competitive pricing and financing options while maintaining profitability.

  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
