About the Role
The Sales Executive Used Vehicles is responsible for managing the full used vehicle sales lifecycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to negotiation, deal closure, and after-sales support. The role requires a proactive individual who can confidently represent the dealership, understand customer needs, and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
This position plays a key role in driving dealership performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and building long-term client relationships. Continuous awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge is essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Used Vehicle Sales and Lead Generation
The successful candidate will actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the South African market. This includes managing walk-in enquiries, follow-up leads, and proactively sourcing potential customers to grow used vehicle sales volumes.
You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets while maintaining ethical sales practices and adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
A central aspect of the role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will engage professionally with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable used vehicle options, and ensure transparency throughout the sales process.

Vehicle Presentations and Test Drives
