Job Summary

The New Vehicle Sales Executive is responsible for the frontline promotion and sale of the latest Hyundai models. This role requires a dynamic individual who can identify potential buyers, conduct professional product demonstrations, and navigate the negotiation process to close deals. You will act as a brand ambassador for Hyundai, ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience while you strive to hit aggressive monthly sales targets.

Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities

1. Sales Promotion & Business Development

  • Lead Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, and proactive networking.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct expert sales presentations and test drives to showcase the safety, technology, and performance features of the new Hyundai range.

  • Closing: Negotiate pricing and finance options to successfully close sales and achieve all set monthly volume and profit targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Retention: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure total satisfaction and build a pipeline for future referrals and repeat business.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

To be successful in this associate-level role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A Matric/Senior Certificate is mandatory.

  • Experience: A proven track record in sales, with specific experience in the automotive industry being highly advantageous.
