About the Role
The Retail Shop Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily branch operations while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales Support
The successful candidate will assist customers in-store, provide product information, and support sales activities to ensure a positive shopping experience. Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service is a core requirement of this role.
Merchandising and Store Presentation
Responsibilities include merchandising products according to company standards, ensuring shelves are well stocked, displays are neat, and products are easily accessible to customers.
Stock Control and Stock Taking
The role involves assisting with stock control processes, including stock taking, monitoring stock levels, and supporting general retail branch procedures to ensure accurate inventory management.
General Retail Operations
The Retail Shop Assistant will support day-to-day retail branch operations, working closely with team members to ensure the branch operates efficiently and in line with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
