Salary: Negotiable with benefits
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00), Saturday (08:00 – 13:00)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Shop Assistant to join our Klerksdorp branch. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and learning about tools and machinery.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service

Support sales activities in the tools and machinery department

Participate in merchandising, stock taking, and stock control

Ensure the shop floor is neat, organized, and well-presented

Learn about and promote tools and hardware products to customers

Assist with general branch procedures and operations

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch targets
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirement: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

Previous retail experience preferred, particularly in sales, merchandising, or stock control

Technical knowledge of DIY tools or hardware is advantageous

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, honest, and able to work effectively within a team environment
