Position Overview
The company is looking for a Remote Part-time Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. This independent contract role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on marketer with strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the founders.
The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving measurable growth, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing the company’s luxury property and hospitality offerings through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

Develop and implement the overall marketing and brand strategy.

Oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and growth objectives.

Collaborate with the founders to shape and evolve the company’s brand narrative.
2. Digital Marketing Management

Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.

Utilise AI and marketing automation tools to optimise content creation and campaign efficiency.

Ensure website content is up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with brand messaging.
3. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking

Manage paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Coordinate influencer partnerships, media collaborations, and strategic brand campaigns.

Review campaign performance data, analyse metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
4. Creative & Content Oversight

Direct the development of creative marketing content, both in-house and outsourced.

Ensure high-quality visuals, photography, and video content align with brand standards.

Support storytelling initiatives to enhance engagement and brand perception.
Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing leadership or management role with demonstrable results.

Strong digital marketing expertise, including analytics and performance tracking.

Proficiency with marketing tools, automation platforms, and data-driven reporting.

Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
