Position Overview

The company seeks a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Remote Part-time Admin Sales Assistant to support senior executives in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and database management.

This independent contract role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and can manage administrative sales tasks efficiently.

The role requires accuracy, professional communication, and the ability to work independently within designated hours while supporting business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Outreach & Database Management

  • Log onto LinkedIn to connect with targeted US companies and senior contacts.

  • Accurately capture and update contact details in the company database.

  • Support the team in ensuring LinkedIn outreach activities align with strategic goals.

  • Assist with managing workload overflow alongside another team member performing similar functions.

2. Email Campaign Support

  • Review system-generated emails to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Assist in the preparation of email campaigns for targeted outreach.

  • Maintain data integrity and document all communications accurately.

3. Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Support senior executives in day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales activities.

  • Maintain organised records of contacts, outreach progress, and engagement outcomes.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 minimum; further qualifications advantageous but not essential.

  • Prior exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator highly desirable.

  • Strong administrative skills with demonstrated accuracy in managing data.

  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and digital tools.

  • Excellent written English with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Organised, reliable, and capable of working independently within assigned hours.
