Position Overview
The company is looking for a motivated and target-driven Remote Outbound B2B Sales Coordinator to support its international sales team. This independent contract role requires connecting with potential clients, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, combining strong communication skills with strategic outreach using technology-enabled tools. Flexibility to work US hours may be required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Qualification

Conduct outbound B2B calls to engage potential clients.

Qualify leads based on company size, budget, and timing.

Build interest and secure appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.

Manage objections professionally and maintain a high level of persistence.
2. CRM Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM system.

Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless handovers to the sales team.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and strategy.
3. Performance & Target Achievement

Consistently meet and exceed activity targets and performance metrics.

Demonstrate resilience in handling high call volumes and challenging prospects.

Contribute to ongoing process improvement and sales effectiveness initiatives.
Minimum Requirements

1โ3 yearsโ experience in outbound tele-sales, B2B calling, or appointment setting.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Confidence in engaging with business decision-makers.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
