Role Summary
The Real Estate Sales Acquisition Manager is responsible for converting inbound leads into successful property acquisitions. Unlike traditional sales roles, you will deal exclusively with MOTIVATED SELLERS who have reached out to us to sell their homes. Your objective is to manage the entire acquisition lifecycle: from the initial discovery call and relationship building to high-level negotiation and final contract agreement. This role demands a blend of emotional intelligence, strategic negotiation, and professional persistence.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Lead Conversion & Negotiation

Inbound Handling: Manage incoming calls from motivated sellers to gather critical property data and assess the seller’s urgency and needs.

Strategic Negotiation: Use advanced sales techniques to negotiate favorable purchase prices and terms that meet our investment criteria.

Closing: Drive the acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to a signed agreement.
2. Relationship & Pipeline Management

Follow-up Excellence: Execute a disciplined follow-up strategy with past contacts to maintain top-of-mind awareness and close long-term leads.

CRM Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and property details to ensure the acquisitions pipeline remains accurate and actionable.

3. Operational Standards

Time Zone Alignment: Work an 8-hour shift flexibly between 8 am and 9 pm Eastern Time Zone (EST), Monday through Friday.
