Position Overview
BFM is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to support administrative quality management for technical staff at the Centurion site. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of client deliverables, including proof of delivery (POD) management, system updates, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of ensuring high standards of operational and administrative quality.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Quality Management
-
Check and verify that requests meet contractual standards and deliverables.

Accurately upload Proof of Delivery (POD) on SAP.
-
Track and follow up on all outstanding PODs with regional teams.
-
Ensure timely, complete, and accurate POD submissions to support correct client billing.
-
Compile daily and weekly reports on POD standards across regions.
-
Reduce payment rejections from clients due to incomplete or incorrect PODs.
-
Perform quality assurance on ABSA tickets and verify PODs.
-
Manage quality rejections and liaise with regional teams for corrective actions.
-
Manage the Actuals vs Quote Correction Report for each region.
-
Communicate effectively with Portfolio Managers, Call Centre, and CCCs.

Upload missing information on PODs in iCres and SAP systems.

Ensure adherence to client quality guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
Essential:
-
Matric / Senior Certificate.
-
Valid Code 8 South African driver’s license.
-
1–3 years relevant administrative experience, preferably with a technical background.

Certificate in Administration, Customer Service, or technical qualification is advantageous.

Customer service training and administration experience.
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.

Knowledge of IMS (Integrated Management System).
