Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a UI Claims Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and assessing all Unemployment Insurance claims on the relevant systems in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Registering employers and verifying employee declarations according to relevant prescripts
- Executing payment of approved claims within set timeframes
- Attending to enquiries related to processed claims or other claim-related matters
- Performing administrative duties within the section
