The Department of Employment and Labour is recruiting for Senior Administration Officer: UIF Operations (X51 Posts) across various Labour Centres and Satellite Offices in the Western Cape. Minimum Requirements

  • An undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 6 (as recognized by SAQA) in one of the following fields:
    • Operations Management
    • Public Management or Administration
    • Business Administration or Management
    • Financial Accounting
    • Finance
  • Two (2) years functional experience in:
    • Client Services environment
    • Claims Processing environment
    • Insurance environment

This position is intended for candidates with relevant academic qualifications and proven practical experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising resources within the section
