VKB Group is seeking to appoint a reliable and detail-oriented Picker to join its NTK Distribution Centre in Mokopane, Limpopo, on a permanent basis. This entry-level role is essential to the smooth operation of stock handling, picking, and dispatch processes within the distribution centre.

About the Role
The Picker will be responsible for the accurate picking, checking, receiving, and dispatching of stock within the NTK Distribution Centre. The role supports effective stock control and ensures that products are handled correctly to meet operational and customer requirements.
This position forms part of VKB Group’s broader supply chain operations, contributing to the efficient movement of agricultural products across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Picking, Packing, and Stock Handling
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, checking, and packing stock accurately, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are prepared for dispatch.
Receiving and Dispatching Stock
You will assist with receiving incoming stock and dispatching outgoing stock in line with operational procedures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency at all times.
Stock Control and Warehouse Operations
The role includes supporting stock control activities, ensuring that inventory is handled correctly and stored appropriately within the distribution centre.
Forklift Operation and Manual Handling
You may be required to operate a forklift where licensed and perform manual handling of heavy products up to a maximum of 15kg, in compliance with safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification

At least 1 year’s experience in a similar warehouse or picking role

Forklift licence will be advantageous
