Cape Union Mart is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join the Poetry store in Dainfern. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain store standards while contributing to a positive and inspiring shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed customer expectations through professional selling techniques.

  • Adhere to stock loss control policies and procedures.

  • Meet individual sales targets consistently.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to increase turnover and maximise sales.

  • Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.

  • Create an inspiring and welcoming store environment for customers.

  • Uphold company policies, brand image, and customer experience standards.
