Position Overview

Wander is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to manage the seamless integration of new properties onto our platform. You will work closely with property owners and the internal Operations team to ensure each property is launch-ready, providing guidance, collecting required information, and tracking progress throughout the onboarding process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate consultation calls with property owners and internal teams to outline the onboarding process

  • Take detailed minutes during onboarding calls, documenting action items, decisions, and next steps

  • Maintain written communication with property owners to address outstanding items and provide regular updates

  • Collect all relevant property information including documentation, permits, utility account credentials, and contact details

  • Track property-related timelines, including home setup, marketing, operational launch, and vendor onboarding

  • Transfer existing bookings from property owners’ calendars into Wander.OS, ensuring accurate scheduling

  • Provide guidance and support throughout the onboarding process, resolving issues and answering queries proactively


Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management, property management, or related administrative roles

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Google Suite

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Ability to build rapport with property owners and internal teams

  • High level of accountability and follow-through

  • Tech-savvy, able to adapt to property management platforms quickly

Special Conditions of Employment

  • Remote position based in South Africa

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday

  • Must be able to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams and properties
