Position Overview
The Cape Town head office is seeking a Motor Industry Sales Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organised, and customer-focused professional with experience in motor industry administration, particularly Natis document processing.
You will ensure the smooth operation of sales and administrative workflows, handle customer queries efficiently, and maintain effective internal and external communication. This position is critical to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties

Assist with administrative duties across sales and operations systems.

Process and courier Natis documents, keys, and vehicle paperwork promptly.

Ensure accurate receipt and processing of all vehicle-related documentation.

Sort and manage keys for sold vehicles efficiently.

Follow up on debtors within company-set timeframes.

Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams.
Stakeholder Relationship Management

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Suggest process improvements to enhance operational performance and customer value.

Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and customer service standards.
Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate (Grade 12)

Proven experience in customer service and administration within the motor industry

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Knowledge of Natis document processes

Technologically competent with strong computer and systems literacy

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
