Position Overview
The Messenger is responsible for the timely delivery and collection of posts, packages, files, and documents within assigned Units and Divisions. This role supports administrative operations and assists with filing and registry functions as required.
These positions are ideal for individuals who are disciplined, organized, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Fetch and deliver posts, packages, files, and submissions to and from pre-identified addresses.

Deliver and collect files and documents within Units and Divisions.

Distribute and collect documents or articles internally within the Unit.

Assist with filing and registry functions as needed.
-
Maintain accurate registers of all documents, letters, and parcels delivered or received.
-
Support the execution of administrative functions within the registry environment.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Qualifications:

ABET qualification (minimum).
Experience & Skills:
-
No prior experience required.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Good language and interpersonal skills.

Organizing skills and attention to detail.

Must have a valid vehicle licence.
