About the Learnership
The RCL Foods Baking Learnership is a comprehensive program that combines practical work experience with mentorship and coaching. Learners will gain insight into the baking process, operational procedures, and industry best practices.
Through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy, learners will develop:

Key Responsibilities

Participate in all practical baking and operational training modules

Follow mentorship and coaching guidance throughout the 12-month program

Assist with baking production processes under supervision

Apply learned skills to real-world tasks, contributing to the bakery operations

Complete required assignments and assessments in line with SETA standards

Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 qualification with Hospitality Studies and Mathematics (Lit)

Basic computer literacy (MS Office) advantageous

Demonstrated drive and motivation to achieve performance goals

Creative thinking, lateral problem-solving, and willingness to learn and grow
