Key Responsibilities – Lab Assistant, Genetics
Specimen Receiving & Preparation
- Receive incoming specimens for the NRL Genetics laboratory — verifying specimen integrity, labelling accuracy, and documentation completeness at the point of receipt.
- Prepare specimens for analysis in accordance with established laboratory protocols and procedures — ensuring all preparation steps are completed accurately, consistently, and safely.
