Purpose of the Role

The Junior Store Manager is responsible for supporting full restaurant operations while maintaining company SOP standards, customer satisfaction levels, and financial performance targets.

The role contributes directly to profitability, operational efficiency, and staff performance management within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Store Manager will oversee overall restaurant and take-away operations to ensure smooth daily service delivery. This includes coordinating kitchen, front-of-house, and service operations.

Ensuring that food quality standards and company SOPs are maintained is a critical responsibility. The candidate must ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and service speed.

Stock control management is required. The Junior Store Manager will oversee purchasing, ordering, and inventory management to ensure stock availability and minimise wastage.

Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer service standards is essential. The candidate must resolve service issues professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
