VKB Group is seeking to appoint a reliable and organised Junior Admin Assistant to join VKB Transmission in Bela-Bela, Limpopo, on a permanent basis. About the Role

The Junior Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day internal administrative functions within the mechanisation branch. The role involves handling financial transactions, processing documentation, supporting stock-related activities, and maintaining regular communication with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.

This position suits a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks accurately while working within established policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration and Transactions

The successful candidate will handle petty cash transactions, process bank receipts, and ensure accurate balancing of financial records in line with internal controls.


Registration, Claims, and Documentation

You will be responsible for registration processing, completing claims, executing goods received, and monitoring deviation reports to ensure compliance with procedures.


Stock and Receiving Support

The role includes supporting stock take activities and receiving deliveries from suppliers according to company policies and procedures.


Administrative Coordination and Communication

You will maintain continuous contact with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure a high standard of service delivery, while performing additional administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.


Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification

  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English

  • Prior administrative experience will be an advantage

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to work 6 days per week
