Purpose of the Role

The Junior Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the internal administration of the NTK Retail Thabazimbi branch — including GRV processing, invoice completion, stock claim administration, deviation report monitoring, client service support, and stock control — maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance throughout.


Key Responsibilities – Junior Admin Assistant

GRVs, Invoices & Stock Claims

  • Issue and process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for all stock received at the branch — ensuring every delivery is correctly documented, accurately captured, and formally receipted.
  • Complete invoices accurately — maintaining correct pricing, product descriptions, and quantities across all branch invoicing.
  • Process stock claims — documenting and submitting claims for short deliveries, damaged goods, incorrect items, and other supplier discrepancies.
  • Monitor the deviation report — tracking differences between ordered quantities, delivered quantities, and GRV-captured quantities, and flagging unresolved deviations to management.
