Position Overview
The Hybrid Sales Representative (Atlantic) will play a critical role in expanding Fidelity ADT’s footprint in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, securing, and managing new business within both the residential and commercial markets, focusing on alarm systems, CCTV installations, and armed response contracts.
This role is ideal for a driven, results-oriented sales professional with strong technical aptitude and a passion for security solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to potential new customers.

Promote and sell new installations, upgrades, and additions to alarm systems, CCTV systems, and electric fences.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new business and hardware.

Follow up on leads from telesales, referrals, and internal marketing channels.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with estate agents, architects, and builders.

Prepare accurate quotations, documentation, and daily reports on all sales activity.

Provide ongoing client support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and presentations as needed.
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric or equivalent qualification (NQF 4).
-
Proven sales experience with a successful track record (preferably capital goods, not FMCG).

Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS or DSC systems is advantageous.

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (compulsory).

PSIRA Grade C certification advantageous.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Presentable, professional, and self-disciplined with sober habits.
