Position Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Hybrid Sales Consultant to drive sales of armed monitoring, alarm systems, CCTV, and electronic security solutions in Nelspruit and Whiteriver. The successful candidate will generate new business, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This role is ideal for individuals with proven sales experience, technical knowledge of security systems, and a strong hunter mentality for business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to clients.

  • Promote and drive sales of alarm systems, CCTV, electric fences, and security upgrades.

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders.

  • Generate, track, and report sales leads and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.


Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods or technical sales

  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar) advantageous

  • PSIRA Grade C (mandatory)

  • Proficient in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage

  • Professional appearance, presentation, and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • Proficiency in Afrikaans is advantageous
