Position Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a driven and proactive Hybrid Sales Consultant to join the Western Cape team in Kleinmond.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, selling, and managing security solutions, including armed response agreements, alarm system installations, CCTV systems, and electric fences, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and exceeding monthly sales targets.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with technical aptitude and a passion for security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new and existing clients.

  • Market alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences to potential customers.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales and networking.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, builders, and architects.

  • Maintain a high standard of client service and follow up on leads promptly.

  • Ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.

3. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales activity.

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

  • Ensure compliance with all administrative duties related to sales processes.

4. Performance & Targets

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and new client acquisition targets.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up on internal and external leads.

  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality for new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.

  • PSIRA Grade C accreditation advantageous.

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods or technical solutions sales.

  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems, alarms, or CCTV equipment advantageous.

  • Experience in building relationships with estate agents, developers, or corporate clients preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and energetic with strong selling skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Good organisational and time management capabilities.

  • Aptitude for technical and electronic security equipment.

  • Presentable and professional, with sober habits.
