Main Objective of the Role
The Human Capital Systems Specialist ensures the accuracy, integrity, and effective utilization of HC data and digital tools. This role bridges the gap between Human Capital, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. A critical component of this position is change management, requiring the specialist to lead initiatives that ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and organizational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Administration & Configuration

Module Management: Configure and maintain core HCIS modules, approval chains, and complex workflows.

Security: Manage system security roles, user permissions, and digital compliance.

Customization: Tailor employee and manager self-service portals to meet business needs.

Integration: Support the implementation of new tools such as LMS (Moodle), performance management, and onboarding systems.
2. Data Management & Integrity

Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and accuracy of HC data.

Data Migration: Lead validation and migration efforts during system updates or organizational shifts.

Resolution: Proactively investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain high quality standards.
3. Change Management & User Enablement

Adoption Strategies: Develop and execute communication and change adoption plans for new system rollouts.

Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions, user guides, and enablement materials to stakeholders.

Feedback Loops: Monitor system adoption and leverage user feedback to refine digital processes and improve the user interface.
4. Process Optimization & Reporting

Automation: Map and automate core HC processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Essential).

Years of Experience: 5–7 years in HCIS administration or HC systems support.

SAGE Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience using SAGE and associated HC systems (Essential).

Change Management: Proven track record in driving system-related change initiatives and successful technology implementations.
Technical & Professional Competencies

Systems Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SAGE, MIE, Uniflow, Neptune, Moodle, and Qlik Sense.
