Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Stock Handling & Logistics Support

Loading & Offloading: Assist customers and suppliers with the manual loading and offloading of stock, ensuring all activities are performed according to company policies and safety procedures.

Stock Control: Support the retail team in maintaining accurate stock levels by ensuring items are handled with care and placed in designated areas.

Manual Labour: Perform hard manual labour consistently to ensure the smooth flow of goods within the retail branch.
2. Housekeeping & Premises Maintenance

General Tidiness: Take daily responsibility for the general tidiness of the retail store, warehouse, and yard areas.

Cleaning Duties: Execute routine cleaning tasks to maintain a professional and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.

Safekeeping: Ensure that the premises are kept organized and free of obstructions to promote a safe working environment.
3. Customer Service & Value Addition
