Position Overview
The General Worker role is a physically active and team-focused position responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and high-performing work environment. This role requires someone who is reliable, energetic, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform physical labour including lifting, carrying, and moving loads up to 25kg

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area at all times

Stack and palletise finished goods accurately

Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects

Complete all required quality control documentation

Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties

Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols

Wear and maintain PPE in accordance with company standards

Identify and report potential safety risks
-
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene requirements
Minimum Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
-
Physically and medically fit
-
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required

Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
