Main Purpose of the Job
The Food Service Assistant is responsible for performing a diverse range of tasks associated with food production and front-of-house services. The role focuses on providing general support to ensure the seamless operation of food service sites while adhering strictly to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. You will be instrumental in ensuring both the quality of the food and the satisfaction of the customers.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Food Production & Kitchen Support

Preparation: Assist in various tasks related to food production, including basic food prep and assembly.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with statutory Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in the back-of-house areas to prevent cross-contamination.
2. Front of House & Customer Service

Qualification and Experience Requirements
