Position Overview

TWK Agri is seeking a Financial Administrator for the Piet Retief, Mpumalanga branch. The successful candidate will ensure financial compliance, assist with monthly reporting, manage branch administration issues, and handle credit notes.

This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and the ability to work under pressure while supporting financial operations across the branch.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration

  • Ensure EFT and Petty Cash requests comply with legal and company policy requirements.

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly Management Accounts.

  • Support monthly reporting and financial analysis.

  • Manage and issue credit notes accurately.

Branch Support and Compliance

  • Resolve outstanding administrative reports from branches.

  • Ensure that the responsibilities of the financial team are met effectively.

  • Support general office and administrative duties to maintain operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Communicate effectively with branch staff and management regarding financial processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and administrative activities.

  • Assist with process improvements to enhance branch financial operations.


Minimum Requirements

Essential:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar financial or administrative role.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in financial and office software.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Advantageous:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Prior experience within the agricultural or agribusiness sector.
