Purpose of the Role
The District Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of insurance sales representatives at the Rosslyn Life Office. Key Responsibilities – AVBOB District Manager
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

- Identify, assess, and manage operational and reputational risks within the district.

Market Development & Business Growth
- Develop and expand AVBOB’s market presence in the Rosslyn district through strategic prospecting, community engagement, and relationship building.
