Position Overview
Job Title: Direct Seller
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Employment Type: Permanent
Division: Fidelity ADT
Business Unit: FADT – Gauteng
Minimum Experience: Associate
The Direct Seller will be responsible for selling alarm kits and remote panic button systems to new and existing clients. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with excellent communication skills and a drive for results.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling to generate leads for rented and new clients, both independently and as part of a team.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue sales targets.

Network to identify and secure potential clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Provide professional advice on alarm systems and security solutions.

Contribute to team success through collaboration and sharing of best practices.
Qualification & Experience
-
Matric / Grade 12.
-
Previous experience in direct sales.
-
PSIRA Grade C accreditation (advantageous).
Competencies & Skills

Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.

Effective planning and time management abilities.

Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
