Position Overview
The Cycle Counter – BUCO Windhoek is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper labeling, and conducting regular cycle counts. This role is essential to ensure smooth store operations, accurate inventory, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the store is properly binned according to company standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts across all store locations.
- Perform stock investigations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all labels and shelf talkers are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain compliance with standards, protocols, and operational procedures.
- Uphold and promote The Building Company’s values and culture, including honesty, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and energy.
- Demonstrate customer-centric behaviors, teamwork, and effective self-management in daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory management, retail, or a related environment
- Skills & Competencies:

- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
