Key Responsibilities – Customer Consultant
Click & Collect Order Management
- Manage customer orders — ensuring all Click & Collect orders are received, processed, picked, packed, and ready for collection before the customer arrives.
- Keep accurate records of all orders received, picked, packed, and released to customers.
- Stay up to date with all email and system queries — acting on outstanding items without delay.
Picking, Packing & Accuracy
- Correctly pick and pack parcels — selecting the right products, quantities, and variants for every order to prevent customer discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times during the picking process at the Die Boord store.
Customer Service & Query Resolution
- Promote the ultimate superior customer relations experience for all Click & Collect users.
- Resolve customer queries in the fastest and most appropriate manner — handling discrepancies, substitutions, and collection issues with patience and professionalism.
- Inform management of any unresolved customer matters promptly.
System Management & Reporting
- Report any system issues immediately — escalating technical problems affecting order processing or customer experience without delay.
- Maintain regular communication with management — providing up-to-date feedback on online operations at the Die Boord store.
- Implement all new operational requirements as directed by management.
